Stone Seekers is an interactive experience prototype designed for the Mineralogical Collection "Luigi Bombicci Museum", part of the SISTEMA MUSEALE DI ATENEO of the University of Bologna. Through a touchscreen kiosk, visitors embark on a new kind of journey — one that helps them discover unexpected connections between themselves and the world of minerals.
This website presents both a Twine-based narrative experience and a Figma prototype of the application interface. It was developed as part of an academic project, to explore the potential of digital media in museum contexts.
This project was developed through a museological and framework-based design process, combining principles of user-centered design with the interpretive needs of a museum. By grounding the experience in both museum theory and interactive media frameworks, the project aims to create meaningful engagement between visitors and the collection.

The Twine simulation allows you to select a visitor persona and experience a narrative journey from arrival to departure, reflecting how different individuals might engage with the exhibit. Each path offers insight into diverse motivations, emotions, and interactions with the experience.
The interface prototype of the interactive kiosk, created in Figma showcases the design of the core activities, where visitors discover their personal connection with minerals through playful interaction and reflection.
